Smoked Sausage in Tomato Sauce (ALLRECIPES.COM)

"Smoked sausage in a thick tomato sauce with green beans. Great over rice or pasta."
INGREDIENTS:
2 (1 pound) packages smoked sausage, sliced 1 cup water 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce 1 cube beef bouillon 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed and snapped
DIRECTIONS:
1.Place the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes, until evenly brown.
2.Mix the water and flour in a small bowl, until flour is dissolved. Stir into the skillet. Mix in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef bouillon, and green beans. Cook 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened and beans are tender.

INGREDIENTS:
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into bite size pieces 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green Chile peppers4 large potatoes, diced 1 (16 ounce) package smoked sausage salt and pepper to taste 1 tablespoon garlic powder water to cover
DIRECTIONS:
1.In a large pot combine the chicken, tomatoes with green chile peppers, potatoes, sausage, salt, pepper, garlic powder and water to cover. Put heat on medium low, stir all together and let simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until potatoes are cooked through and tender.
