REFRIED BEAN SOUP

1 can black beans
1 can fat-free
refried beans
1 can chicken broth
1 can Rotel tomatoes

Bring to boil chicken broth. Reduce heat and stir in refried beans until completely dissolved. Add black beans and tomatoes. Simmer for 10 minutes. Submitted by: JG




REFRIED BEAN DIP

1 lg. can
refried beans
1 jar picante or taco sauce
Sour cream
Chopped green onions
Olives (black)

Shredded cheese
Mix refried beans with picante sauce. Spread on serving tray. Cover with sour cream and shredded cheese. Add chopped green onions and sliced black olives. Serve with taco chips. Serves 8 to 12.

CHEESY REFRIED BEANS

15 oz  of
refried beans
1 c. Cheddar cheese

Put beans in a microwavable bowl, stir and put cheese on top and microwave on high (depending on your microwave) for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, until hot all the way through and cheese is melted. Can be used as a dip for tortilla chips. Serves 6.
