1 lb frozen cooked italian meatball
2 (7 1/4 ounce) boxes macaroni & cheese dinner mix (I use Kraft)
1 1/2-2 cups
milk
8 ounces
sour cream
2 medium
tomatoes, thinly sliced
2-3 tablespoons grated

Preheat oven to 350°. Place meatballs on a foil lined baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes or according to package directions. Cook macaroni according to package directions, drain.  Add milk, cheese sauce packets and sour cream, stir to combine. Place meatballs in the bottom of an oven proof casserole, top with macaroni, cover with tomato slices sprinkled with parmesan.

Combine all ingredients except pasta in crock pot. Cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
Add salt to taste. Add cooked pasta and heat through. Top each bowl with grated Parmesan cheese. Do not be afraid to substitute different veggies for your own preference.

Preheat oven 400F degrees. Place pizza crust on ungreased pizza pan.  Spread 1 cup sauce over crust.
Sprinkle 1 cup cheese.  Now in small bowl toss meatballs with remaining sauce, then put on crust.  Sprinkle with rest of cheese, then Italian seasoning.  Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly about 20 minutes

If using liner, place it in a slow cooker bowl, fitting it snugly against the bottom and sides of the bowl; pull top of liner over the bowl rim. Place all ingredients in the slow cooker; stir gently then cover with the lid.
Cook on low setting for 7 to 8 hours, or on high setting for 4 to 5 hours, until done. Carefully remove the lid to allow steam to escape. Serve directly from the slow cooker over rice.

Separate dough into 8 biscuits.  Separate each biscuit into 2 layers.  Press each biscuit layer to form a 3-inch round.  Place 1 meatball half, cut side up, and 1 string cheese piece in center of each dough round.  Wrap dough around meatball and cheese, pressing edges to seal.  Place seam side down in single layer in ungreased 8 or 9-inch round cake pan.  Sprinkle evenly with Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Bake at 375F for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and biscuits are no longer doughy in center.  Remove from pan.  Serve warm biscuits with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

stir.  Put dressing, bbq sauce, ketchup and butter into meatball mix.  Stir on top of stove for 12-14 minutes or until meatballs are cooked. When the mixture is ready, put spaghetti over stove on med-lo and add mixture. Stir for 5 minutes. Serve into big bowl, and top with parmesan cheese.

1/4 teaspoon

1 1/3 cups mixed vegetables, I used peas, carrots, and corn

Preheat oven to 400°F.  In a microwave-safe bowl, combine soup and sour cream; mix well.  Add meatballs, covering with soup mixture.  Add pepper and thyme; mix well.  Add mixed veggies, stir, mixture will be thick.  Microwave for 3 to 5 minutes.  Stir well and set aside.  Divide pie dough into four equal pieces.  Roll flat on a lightly floured surface.  Place in 2 lightly oiled or sprayed 16 ounce round mini casserole dishes.  To each dish add a piece of dough, overlapping dough over sides.  Bake for about 6 to 8 minutes, or until lightly browned.  Add 8 meatballs to each dish.  Divide veggies over meatballs. Cover with remaining dough.  Crimp with fork to seal and make slit in top for steam to escape.  Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until crust is desired color.

Heat oven to 375*. Grease pie plate. Mix Bisquick, margarine and milk until soft dough forms. Place dough on surface well dusted with Bisquick; gently roll in bisquick to coat. Shape into ball; knead 5 times. Divide dough in half; press half on bottom and up side of pie plate.
Heat remaining ingredients in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens. Pour meatball mixture into pie plate. Pat remaining dough into 9 inch circle on surface dusted with Bisquick; place over filling. Press edge of pie lightly to seal.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until crust is light brown. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with a fresh green salad.
**For a flavor kick use Italian or Mexican style stewed tomatoes.

2/3 cup finely crushed
seasoned croutons
1 1/2 cups pasta sauce, heated

Heat oven to 375ºF.  Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Separate dough into 5 biscuits. Split each biscuit to make 10 rounds. Press out each biscuit half to form 3-inch round. Sprinkle each biscuit round with cheese to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top each with meatball. Bring sides of dough over meatball; pinch edges to seal. Brush rounded tops and sides of dough with butter; coat with croutons. Place seam side down on paper-lined cookie sheet. Bake at 375ºF for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Place appetizer pick in each biscuit-wrapped meatball to form biscuit ball.  Serve with warm pasta sauce for dipping.

In 3-4 quart Crockpot, combine all ingredients except for cheese. Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours until meatballs are hot and orzo is tender. Sprinkle with cheese and serve. Serves 6

·2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
·1 green bell pepper, chopped
·1 onion, chopped
·2 Tbsp. cornstarch
·2 Tbsp. sugar
·2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Thaw meatballs according to package directions. In a 2 quart microwave safe casserole dish, combine pineapple liquid, water, vinegar, green pepper and onion. Stir in meatballs and cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes until mixture is hot, stirring once halfway through cooking time.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir well with wire whisk to combine. Add to casserole and stir well. Cover again and cook on high for 4-6 minutes or until sauce is clear and thickened. Stir in pineapple, then cook, covered, again on high for 1-2 minutes until hot and bubbly. 6 servings

Place meatballs in 4-6 quart Crockpot. Add soup, water, dry gravy mix, thyme and bay leaves. Cover Crockpot and cook on low 6 - 8 hours or on high for 3 - 4 hours. Discard bay leaves before serving. Serve over mashed potatoes or buttered egg noodles. Serves

·6 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
·1 cup frozen bell peppers and onions
·1-1/2 cups shredded Colby cheese
·1 cup sour cream
·10-oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
·20 frozen cooked meatballs
·1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease an 11x7" 2 quart baking dish. Combine potatoes, peppers and onions, Colby cheese, sour cream, and condensed soup in baking dish. Top with meatballs, pressing in slightly. Cover casserole and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Uncover casserole, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, return to oven, and bake 25-35 minutes



Meatballs
·1 lb. frozen fully cooked meatballs
·10-oz. can cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
·3/4 cup milk
·3 cloves garlic, minced
·1-1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese  or Colby
·3 cups cooked rice
·1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake frozen precooked meatballs according to package directions. Combine cooked meatballs with soup, milk, garlic, Swiss cheese, and cooked rice in 3 quart baking dish and mix gently. Sprinkle casserole with Parmesan cheese. Bake casserole at 325 degrees F for 25-35 minutes, until sauce is bubbly and lightly browned on top. Serves 8




Potato Meatball Casserole
