2 Stalks Celery, sliced
3 Cubes Chicken Bouillon
2 Carrots, sliced
2
Chicken Breasts, cooked and diced
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

Box Macaroni & Cheese

Bring 3 Cups water to a boil.  Add celery, bouillon and carrots.  Cook until carrots are tender.  Add chicken, salt, pepper and cheese packet.  bring toa boil.  Add macaroni and continue to boil 5 minutes more; serve immediatedly.  Makes 2-3 servings.



FRITO PIE (  (101 Things to Do with Macaroni & Cheese by Toni Patrick)

Macaroni and Cheese
1/4 cup Milk ( may use Shelf Stable Milk)
4 Tablespoons Butter
1 Can (14 oz) Beanless chili
2 Cups Fritos

Boil macaronin in a pot of lightly salted water fro 4 - 5 minutes or until pasta is al dente; drain.  Return to saucepan and stir in mil, butter and cheese packet until cheese is dissolved.  Stir in chilin and heat through.  Crumble in Fritos and serve.  Makes 4 servings.


CHICKEN CASSEROLE  (101 Things to Do with Macaroni & Cheese by Toni Patrick)

1 Box
Macaroni and Cheese
2 Cups Diced cooked Chicken
2 Cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
1 can (10.75 oz.) Cream of Chicken Soup  (condensed)
1 Cup Milk (may use Shelf Stable Milk)
1 Can (4.5 oz) Slice Mushrooms

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil macaroni in lightly salted water for 4 - 5 minutes, or until al dente.

In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheese packet, chicken, cheese, soup, milk and mushrooms.  Place mixture in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.  Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes; serve.  Makes 4- 6 servings.

1 pkg. Kraft
Macaroni and Cheese (or other brand)
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. potatoes, diced sm.
Optional - corn, beans, mushrooms, etc.

Fry diced potatoes. Fry ground beef. Cook Kraft Macaroni and Cheese as directed on box. Mix all ingredients together in a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake on 325 degrees for 20 minutes. 6 servings.

macaroni and cheese (or other brand)
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
1 med. tomato, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped (less may be used)

Prepare mix according to directions on package. Add frozen peas. Stir and add rest of ingredients. Chopped green pepper may be added, if desired. Chill before serving.

macaroni & cheese dinner  (or other brand)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Birds Eye green peas, thawed
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner according to directions. Stir in peas and bacon pieces. Heat and simmer until peas are warm. Serves 4.

4 oz cheddar cheese
1 boxes Kraft
macaroni and cheese dinner (or other brand)
1 ground beef
½ onion chopped
¼ tsp garlic salt

Cook and drain macaroni and prepare according to box directions and add 1/8 cup or more extra milk. In separate skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
Put in a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese. COVER and bake for 20 minutes at 325 degrees, until cheese bubbles.

macaroni & cheese  (or other brand)
1 ½ c cheddar cheese, grated
1 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
½ onion, diced
½  can cream of chicken soup
½  can cream of celery soup
½  c. dry bread crumbs

Cook macaroni and cheese per package directions. Add all ingredients except bread crumbs in large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into large casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees until it bubbles. The surprise is that everyone will love it!

1 (7 1/4 oz.) Kraft
Macaroni and Cheese Dinner
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 c. pepperoni, sliced
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Prepare dinner as per package. Add eggs; mix well. Spread on a well- greased 12-inch pizza pan. Pour on tomato sauce, then the rest of the ingredients, ending with cheese.
Bake macaroni on pizza pan at 375 degrees for 10 minutes before putting the rest of ingredients on. Return to oven and bake 10 more minutes.

1 (7 1/4 oz.) Kraft
macaroni and cheese
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup or celery soup
Chicken, turkey, beef or pork can be used
Cooked chicken

Cook macaroni and cheese in chicken broth until it is partly tender, but not soupy. Cut up chicken, using as much as you like to make a nice size casserole, add soup and I used some canned peas and carrots to make it a meal all in one dish. Put in a baking dish and brown a little in oven. A tossed green salad and some fruit and dinner is ready.



Potato Meatball Casserole

1 box macaroni and cheese dinner mix
1 small container sour cream
1 cup milk
Meatballs - Thawed
½ tsp oregano
Cook just the macaroni by package directions; drain. Combine cheese mix from package dinner, sour cream, and oregano, beat in milk. Stir in cooked macaroni. Put into ungreased baking dish top with meatballs and bake uncovered in 375°F oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.

1 box Kraft's
macaroni & cheese dinner
1 can tuna, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes (omit if desired)

Cook macaroni and cheese. Add tuna and onion. Thin cream of mushroom soup with milk. Add soup and Rotel tomatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, partially thawed
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1 can (12 oz.) Spam luncheon meat, cut in half lengthwise, sliced

Prepare Dinner as directed on package, except using 3/4 cup milk. Add peas and soup; mix well. Pour into an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 inch baking dish. Arrange luncheon meat squares in checkerboard pattern. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Kraft mac & cheese (prepare as directed on box)
2 hard cooked eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika for color
1/4 c. Miracle Whip

To make macaroni and cheese follow directions on box. Add hard cooked eggs, cut up. Add green pepper and onion, salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise; mix well. I use 20 more hard boiled eggs, sliced on top and add paprika for color. Goes well at picnics for all ages.
