1 lb. ground turkey
1 1/2 c. rice
2 cans cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/2 bag frozen beans
1 med. squash, sliced zucchini or long neck yellow.
1 can Durkee onions, Mozzarella (opt.)
Spray casserole dish with Pam. Mix all ingredients raw together, except for onions (Put on top). Also cheese if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let set 10 minutes before serving. Serves 2 to 4.
GREEN BEANS WITH HAMBURGER/TURKEY COOKS.COM
1 lb. ground turkey
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. dark molasses
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen, cut green beans, broken apart
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cold water
3 to 4 c. hot cooked rice
French fried onion rings
Cook and stir ground beef and onion in large skillet until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in garlic, 1 1/2 cups water, the soy sauce, and molasses; heat to boiling. Add green beans and heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
Blend cornstarch and 1/4 cup cold water; stir gradually into meat mixture. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Serve over rice; garnish with onion rings. If desired, pass additional soy sauce. 4 servings.

1 lb frozen cut green beans
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon beef soup base (optional)
1-2 cloves garlic, mashed
1/2 teaspoon Wondra flour
pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup blanched sliced or slivered almonds (optional)
Do not thaw beans before cooking. Use a heavy saucepan with a tight-fitting cover. Bring the water, butter and mashed garlic to a boil in the saucepan (or use beef broth instead of water). Add the frozen beans and cover tightly; reduce heat and allow beans to steam 3-4 minutes. Stir in Wondra flour to thicken, and beef soup base (if using). Add red pepper flakes, honey, and salt and pepper, to taste.

6-8 pork chops
3-4 medium potatoes scrubbed, thinly sliced
1 family size can mushroom soup
1/2 - 3/4 can milk
1 bag frozen green beans
Desired spices
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup sour cream
Add oil to pan; cook and season the pork chops as desired, until almost done (no longer pink inside). While that is cooking, wash, scrub and thinly slice the potatoes; rinse and pat dry. Mix sour cream, milk and soup together. Add to bottom of a 13-9" casserole dish.
Layer potatoes and 1/2 soup mixture (reserve other half for later). Each layer is very lightly covered. Arrange pork chops in a single row across mixture. Mix frozen green beans and soup mixture together; spread along top, over the pork chops. Bake in a 400°F oven for 30-40 minutes; cover top with foil and place on a baking pan to avoid spillage.

1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen whole green beans
1 tbsp. butter
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. lemon juice
In medium saucepan, cook green beans according to package directions. Meanwhile, in same skillet, over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add garlic; saute 1 minute, or until golden brown. Add lemon juice. Drain beans; place in serving dish. Pour garlic-lemon butter over beans; toss to coat. Sprinkle with dash each of salt and pepper. Makes 4 servings.

1 tbsp. olive oil
1 bouillon cube (any flavor)
3/4 c. water
2-3 cloves garlic
2 (10 oz.) boxes (or 1 lb. bag) frozen green beans
Slice garlic and saute in oil until slightly brown or golden. Add water and crushed bouillon cube. When the mixture boils, add green beans. Cook for 5-10 minutes or until beans are hot.
GREEN BEANS IN DILL
1 lb. fresh or frozen green beans
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. dill weed (fresh or dried)
1 1/2 tbsp. chives or green onion tops
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
Place green beans in 1 1/2 quart microwaveable serving dish with dill and chives sprinkled on top. Pour liquid over all. Microwave to crisp stage. May be served hot or cold.
