4 chicken leg quarters (Thawed)
Lawry's seasoned salt
Italian seasoning
3-4 c. macaroni, cooked & drained
1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, drained
Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake chicken for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Lawry's seasoned salt and Italian seasoning. Combine macaroni, spaghetti sauce and tomatoes in a large baking dish with cover. Place chicken pieces on top; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Serves 6 easily.

4 leg quarters (skinless) (Thawed)
1 cup bbq sauce (any flavor)(honey smoke preferred)
1.5 tsp of southwestern seasoning
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp chicken fajita seasoning

Skin 4 leg quarters Set oven to 400 degrees Marinate leg quarters in all ingredients for 15 minutes. Take a cookie sheet or flat sheet and a sheet of foil, and wrap leg quarters in foil, make sure no opening, seal it up tight. Cook for 45 minutes. When done spoon remaining sauce over chicken till gl

2 pkgs. instant boil bag rice (Not the kind in AF box)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4 carrots-celery
1/2 onion
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
4 chicken leg quarters (Thawed)
1/2 c. Italian dressing

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Marinate chicken legs in Italian dressing and 1 cup water overnight. Cool rice, set aside. Chop onion, carrots and celery and mix with rice. Add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup to rice mixture. Season as desired. In 9 x 12 inch baking dish layer rice along bottom and sides. Place chicken on top of rice and cook in oven for 45-60 minutes, covered. Uncover and brown chicken.

4-6 chicken leg quarters (Thawed)
1 packet French onion or onion soup
1 lg. can apricots or peaches

Place chicken into casserole dish. Drain peaches or apricots, reserve liquid and put the fruit on top of the chicken pieces. Sprinkle soup mix over chicken. Pour reserved liquid over chicken. Bake in moderate oven 30 to 40 minutes until chicken is cooked.  Serve with rice.

1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 lb. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lg. can tomato sauce

Skin chicken, place on bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over chicken. Pour tomato sauce over chicken. Spri
nkle bread crumbs on top. Sprinkle cheese over the entire top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
3 slices Swiss cheese
Place chicken in a baking dish. Cover with celery soup, chicken soup and water. Cover
and bake 350 degrees 1 hour. Remove cover and add Swiss cheese. Bake 10 minutes.



CHICKEN FRICASSEE (About.com)
·4 chicken leg quarters (legs with thighs)
·1/3 cup flour
·salt and pepper
·2 tablespoons butter
·1 medium onion, quartered, sliced
·1 can or jar chicken gravy (about 1 1/2 cups)
·4 potatoes, diced
·1 pound canned or frozen cooked cut green beans, drained



PREPARATION:
With a sharp knife, cut chicken drumsticks from thighs at joints to separate. Combine flour with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Heat butter in a heavy deep skillet or Dutch oven; brown chicken pieces, turning to brown both sides. Add onion and cook until lightly browned. Stir in gravy and 2/3 cup water. Simmer for 35 minutes, or until chicken is tender. Add potatoes and simmer for 15 minutes longer, just until tender. Add drained green beans and simmer until heated through. Taste and add salt and pepper to taste.
Serves 4.

INGREDIENTS: (2 to 3 pound) chicken leg quarters (thawed) 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 2 teaspoons salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper  1 egg yolk 1 1/2 tablespoons honey 4 tablespoons margarine, melted

DIRECTIONS: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). 2. Rub chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt and pepper. In a small bowl, beat egg yolk with honey and butter or margarine, then brush this mixture over chicken pieces. Place chicken pieces, skin side down, in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. 3. Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear, basting with remaining butter or margarine.  Just before serving, turn chicken over and baste for another 10 to 15 minutes to cook the skin on the other side.

INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon and 1-3/4  teaspoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon and 1-3/4  teaspoons light corn syrup 2-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon ground ginger 1 tablespoon and 1-3/4  teaspoons corn oil 3/8 (8 ounce) can crushed  pineapple (not drained) 4 chicken leg quarters (thawed)

DIRECTIONS:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2.Stir together lemon juice, corn syrup, soy sauce, salt, ginger, and corn oil in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the crushed pineapple with its liquid. Place the chicken legs in an ovenproof glass baking dish, and pour sauce over top.
3.Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, then turn the chicken over, and continue cooking until the chicken is tender, and no longer pink, about 20 minutes. Baste with sauce frequently while baking.
