BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST
Thaw Chicken Breasts. Put them in a crock pot and pour cream of chicken soup over them and a can of chicken broth and let cook, it tastes great over mashed potatoes or noodles.Or you can cook them in the oven also, the same way.

Marinate boneless chicken breasts overnight in Italian dressing. Roll chicken in Shake 'n Bake coating and bake according to instructions on Shake 'n Bake box.

1 boneless chicken breast (Thawed)

Simply put the seasoned chicken breast on a microwaveable plate. Cover and put into the microwave on high setting and cook for 1 and a half minutes. Turn the chicken breast over, cut the tomato in half and place seeds up on the plate with the chicken breast, and cook for a further 2 minutes. 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (Thawed)
1/2 tablespoon garlic
pinch of salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
2 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine all of the above ingredients, except the chicken in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave until butter is melted. Set mixture aside. Wash chicken breast and place in an 8 inch square cooking pan. Pour mixture over chicken breast, then flip the chicken breast over to make sure it is completely coated. Place in oven for 30 minutes. Submitted by: C. M. French

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (Thawed)
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs (plus some extra for pan)
3 tablespoons of Hidden Valley dry Ranch Dressing mix
Pre-heat oven to 375°.
Spray bottom of 9x13 baking dish with non stick cooking spray, then coat pan with extra bread crumbs. Mix dry Ranch Dressing with the 1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs, then coat both sides of chicken breasts with the mixture. Place in pan and cook anywhere from 30-60 minutes, depending on your oven. 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (Thawed)
2 beaten eggs
breadcrumbs
½ cup seasoned flour
½ tablespoon cooking oil
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Dip chicken into flour, eggs, and crumbs in that order. Fry in oiled frying fan for 2 to 4 minutes. Flip and repeat. Place in oven for 12 minutes. Serves 4.

4-6 boneless chicken breasts (Thawed)
6 medium potatoes
6 slices onion
1 can tomato soup
Salt & pepper (optional)
Put chicken in covered casserole or small roasting pan. Quarter potatoes and place in between chops. Place slice onion on each chop. Spoon tomato soup over chops and potatoes (do not dilute). Put cover on pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chops are tender.

2 tsp. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. each ground sage and thyme
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (thawed)
2 tbsp. butter
10 3/4 oz. can Campbell's cream of chicken soup plus water
On waxed paper combine flour, sage and thyme; coat chicken lightly with flour mixture. In skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on both sides; push chicken to 1 side. Stir in soup and water, stirring to loosen browned bits. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.
BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS WITH RITZ CRACKERS
4-6 boneless chicken breasts (thawed)
2-3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1-2 sticks melted butter
Dip boneless chicken in beaten eggs. Coat evenly with Ritz crackers. Place in baking dish. Pour melted butter over chicken evenly and bake until golden and crisp, about 30-40 minutes.
EASY-DELICIOUS-TENDER-MICROWAVE BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST
3 tbsp. lite cooking oil
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. fennel seed
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. honey
4 chicken breasts (thawed)
In mixing cup, combine oil and seasonings. Drizzle over chicken in microwavable plate, cover airtight with Saran Wrap and microwave 4 minutes. Cook 2 breasts at a time. Drain out juices of chicken and mix with lemon juice and honey. Then, drizzle on top of chicken again and serve.
